If you can get to the login screen, it means that your graphics card is good enough to run the game. There are a few reasons why you may be having issues logging into the game:
Having trouble running the game? Visit the technical support page for help.
Once you're logged into the lobby, you'll see a list of tables on the left.
You can either host your own table by clicking on the "PLAY" link at an empty table, or you can join a game by clicking on the "JOIN" link on a table that already has someone waiting.
If you join an empty table, you can either start the single player Practice Mode, or you can wait for an opponent to join.
Once an opponent joins your table, simply click on the START button to get the match going.
At the login screen, click on the "Forgot details" link which will help you recover your account details. You will need access to the email address that you used to sign up with, which will be used for verification.
If you have a verified SnookerQ account, you can use the same login details to log into the forum.
You have the options to collapse the bottom box to expand the table view. If you prefer to play and chat at the same time, simply collapse the bottom box to the medium view by clicking on the smaller double-arrow button.
If you need a bigger table view, then collapse the bottom box all the way down by clicking on the longer double-arrow button. You'll still be notified of new comments in the chat by a notification icon that appears on the right side of the scoreboard:
You can toggle the bottom box view by pressing CTRL + D.
You can also play in fullscreen mode by pressing the F11 key, or going into the Game Settings window and change the Fullscreen option:
