1. About SnookerQ

SnookerQ is an online multiplayer snooker game and community platform. Features may include online matches, rankings, tournaments, chat, private messaging, replays, statistics, achievements, virtual items, Premium Membership and other services.

SnookerQ may be updated, modified, restricted or discontinued at any time.


2. Administration Roles

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Developers maintain and develop SnookerQ.
  • Admins oversee the community, enforce rules and manage disputes.
  • Moderators help maintain a fair and friendly environment.

References to the SnookerQ Administration Team include Developers, Admins and Moderators.


3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You may not share, sell, transfer or give access to your account to another person.

SnookerQ reserves the right to remove or rename usernames considered offensive, misleading, inappropriate or intended to impersonate another person.


4. Multiple Accounts

Multiple accounts are permitted provided they are not used to gain an unfair advantage.

You may not use multiple accounts to:

  • Manipulate rankings or ratings.
  • Abuse rewards or achievements.
  • Circumvent bans or restrictions.
  • Gain unfair tournament advantages.
  • Mislead other players.

Where a tournament has specific account requirements, those requirements must be followed.

Developers and Admins may investigate and take action against accounts used unfairly.


5. Fair Play

Players must compete fairly at all times.

The following are prohibited:

  • Cheating
  • Hacking
  • Scripts, bots or automation tools
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches
  • Match fixing
  • Rating manipulation
  • Intentional abuse of game mechanics
  • Deliberately disrupting tournaments or matches

Any account found to be cheating may be suspended or permanently banned.

Tournament prizes, achievements, rankings or rewards obtained unfairly may be removed.


6. Community Behaviour

All players must treat others with respect.

The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Hate speech
  • Racism
  • Personal attacks
  • Bullying
  • Spam
  • Scams
  • Impersonation of Developers, Admins or Moderators
  • Any behaviour intended to disrupt the community

Moderators and Admins may remove content, issue warnings, mute players or apply account restrictions where appropriate.


7. Chat, Messages and User Content

Players are responsible for anything they post or send through SnookerQ.

Moderators and Admins may remove content that breaches these Terms & Conditions.

By submitting content to SnookerQ, you grant SnookerQ permission to display, store and moderate that content as part of operating the service.


8. Rankings, Statistics and Records

SnookerQ rankings, statistics, records and achievements are provided for entertainment and competition purposes.

Developers may adjust ranking systems, calculations, records or statistics where necessary.

Statistics or rankings obtained through exploits, cheating or unfair play may be corrected or removed.

9. Replays and Match Data

SnookerQ may store match information, statistics, replay data and gameplay records.

By playing SnookerQ, you agree that your username, rankings, statistics, achievements, tournament results and replay information may be displayed within the game, website, rankings or promotional content.


10. Qash and Virtual Items

SnookerQ may include virtual items such as:

  • Qash
  • Cue Parts
  • Cues
  • Achievements
  • Trophies
  • Premium Rewards
  • Other virtual content

Qash is a virtual currency and has no real-world cash value.

Virtual items cannot be exchanged for money unless specifically stated by SnookerQ.

Developers may modify, rebalance, remove or replace virtual items where necessary.


11. Premium Membership

SnookerQ may offer paid Premium Membership plans.

Premium Membership may provide access to additional features, rewards, cosmetic items, achievements, Trophy Room content and other benefits.

Premium Membership does not guarantee tournament success, rankings, prizes or competitive advantages.

Premium features may evolve as SnookerQ develops.


12. Payments and Refunds

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

All purchases are for digital content and services.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be refused where:

  • Premium benefits have already been used
  • Tournament entries have already been used
  • The account has been banned for rule violations
  • Abuse of the refund system is suspected

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal consumer rights.


13. Tournaments

SnookerQ may offer tournaments, leagues, events and competitions.

Each tournament may have additional rules and eligibility requirements.

Players must follow all tournament rules.

Admins may:

  • Disqualify players
  • Remove players from events
  • Adjust schedules
  • Award byes/walkovers
  • Resolve disputes
  • Cancel or restart matches where necessary

Tournament decisions made by Admins are final.


14. Cash Prize Events

Some tournaments may offer cash prizes.

To receive a cash prize, players may be required to:

  • Verify their identity
  • Verify their eligibility
  • Follow tournament rules
  • Complete all required matches

Cash prizes may be withheld if a player:

  • Cheated
  • Used accounts unfairly
  • Manipulated results
  • Broke tournament rules
  • Failed verification checks

Prize winners are responsible for any taxes or legal obligations that apply in their country.


15. Bugs and Exploits

Players must not knowingly exploit bugs, glitches or technical issues.

Serious bugs should be reported to the Developers.

16. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game, website, rankings, tournaments or online services.

Maintenance, updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.


17. Account Suspension and Termination

Developers and Admins may suspend, restrict or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

This may include:

  • Cheating
  • Harassment
  • Exploits
  • Fraud
  • Account abuse
  • Tournament misconduct
  • Serious or repeated rule violations

Banned accounts may lose access to Premium features, rankings, achievements, virtual items and tournament participation.


18. Intellectual Property

All SnookerQ content including game assets, graphics, software, code, logos, rankings, systems and designs remain the property of SnookerQ.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit any part of SnookerQ without permission.


19. Changes to These Terms

SnookerQ may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on the website.

Continued use of SnookerQ after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
